Device Return and Refund Policy

We at Fast boy Marketing are committed to customer satisfaction. If there are any concerns with the service or product, you can call us at 832 968 6668 press #2 to request an adjustment, refund, and return.

Electronic device return and refund policy:
Our policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days of receiving the devices, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please send us an email at with the subject title “ Return/Refund/Cancellation request  – Your id customer number” or contact us via hotline 832 968 6668 for instructions on how to return your product to us and support your concerns as soon as possible.

Please capture and send us the receipt of the shipment so that we have a tracking number for your package return.

Customers shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our office.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 10 – 15 working days, and the credit will automatically be issued by check or by credit card, based on the original method of payment.

If the equipment is returned damaged (beyond normal wear and tear of short-term use), Fastboy Marketing reserves the right to deny a refund or issue a partial refund.
